After the publication of the valid Thanatic Unlife in 2013, the subsequent exit of Alexey Slavin from Who Dies In SIberian Slush pushes him to get rid of the darker sounds to which he had dedicated himself until then, publishing under the name A Young Man’s Funeral a third album titled Redemption (2014), with which he ferries his project to the shores clearly post metal, opting in a decisive way for a change in vocal sense, giving up the powerful growl of Evander Sinque to give space to the more persuasive tones of Rita Fevraleva. The album marks, in fact, the suspension of the band’s activity but the stylistic shift of Slavin will find continuity and further impetus in a new interesting project called L’Homme Absurde, structured as a real band in which he also assumes the role of frontman.
